The income and property of the society whatsoever derived shall be applied solely towards the promotion of the objectives of the society as set forth in the Memorandum of Association and no portion thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividend, bonus or otherwise by way of profit to the members of the society.
Vision
To convert Herald Junior Academy into a highly sought after Senior Academy for imparting quality education of Primary and Secondary level with residential facilities and other infrastructures for students and teaching staff.
Aim
- To establish progressive educational institutions for boys and girls in hilly areas. Will be open to all boys and girls without any restriction of race, caste, creed and social status.
- The society will also take over, manage and run any educational institution on such terms and conditions as may be naturally agreed upon, between two educational institutions and the society.
